1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are excluded

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Reach out to us to reserve your preferred item before returning the original.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Include a photo of the issue and your order number so we can make it right quickly.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that time, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
